Call for Proposals
The International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals invites you to submit a proposal for the 2010 Symposium: Behind Closed Doors: Face to Face with the Client to be held March 11-14, 2010 at The Walt Disney Swan Resort, Orlando, Florida.
The focus of iaedp Symposium 2010 will be the realities and challenges of your work with eating disordered clients--the essence of eating disorders treatment. All workshop sessions will be 3 hours for a more intensive learning experience.
We will use an online submittal process again this year. The link is http://iaedp.confex.com/iaedp/2010/cfp.cgi. Only the submittals that are complete will be considered. The call will remain open til June 30,2009.
Our programs are designed by treatment professionals for treatment professionals working in therapeutic settings.

University of California-San Diego Eating Disorder Treatment & Research Program
- Recruiting families with male and female adolescents currently suffering from Anorexia Nervosa to receive no cost family therapy for nine months.
- Recruiting men and women who are currently suffering from Anorexia Nervosa to participate in a double blind randomized clinical trial of the medication Quetiapine.
- Recruiting women who are medication free and recovered from either Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa to participate in various brain imaging studies.
