S. Roy Erlichman, PhD, CAP,CEDS is a graduate of the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis and completed the certification program in family therapy at the Department of Family Psychiatry at Eastern Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute. He is a Certified Addictions Professional, Certified Eating Disorders Specialist and an Approved Supervisor through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals Foundation (iaedp). Dr. Erlichman, current member and past president of the board of directors of iaedp, was co-author of the first major revisions of the certification requirements for eating disorders professionals. He has written various professional articles and appeared on many television and radio programs.  Dr. Erlichman is a partner in ERE Associates in Palm Beach Gardens and South Miami, where his daily work is dedicated to the practice of psychotherapy and the clinical supervision of other professionals.
