Ralph Carson, PhD, RD, has been involved in the clinical treatment of eating disorders for over 25 years.  His unique background in health science and medicine [ BS Duke University and BHS Duke University Medical School ] coupled with nutrition and exercise [RD and PHD Auburn University ] has prepared him to integrate bio-physiological intervention and proven psychotherapeutic treatment.  Dr. Carson has honed his skills in communicating an often complicated science into enjoyable, practicable and informative workshops.  He is currently the Clinical Nutrition Director at the Eating Disorders Program at The Women’s Center of Pine Grove (formerly Renaissance) in Hattiesburg , MS .  He has also managed Oprah Winfrey’s web page for female athletes on “O”.!
